It organizes the implementation and proposes regulations and policies for managing financial resources. The department also carries out accounting and statistical tasks in accordance with current State plans.<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"elementor-icon-list-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-icon-list-text\">Monitor and supervise the implementation progress of annual task plans and financial plans of the units, in order to propose budget adjustments suitable to the specific task situation.<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"elementor-icon-list-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-icon-list-text\">Coordinate with relevant units to conduct inspections, supervision, and evaluation of the efficiency of development investment capital used in the School\u2019s programs and projects in accordance with legal regulations.<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"elementor-icon-list-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-icon-list-text\">Participate in the appraisal and supervision of bidding for the School\u2019s construction projects
