Planning and Finance Department

Function

The Planning and Finance Department functions as an advisory and supporting unit for the Rector in planning and managing the school’s finances. It organizes the implementation and proposes regulations and policies for managing financial resources. The department also carries out accounting and statistical tasks in accordance with current State regulations.

Mission

Develop and implement the school’s annual, short-term, and long-term financial plans.
Monitor and supervise the implementation progress of annual task plans and financial plans of the units, in order to propose budget adjustments suitable to the specific task situation.
Coordinate with relevant units to conduct inspections, supervision, and evaluation of the efficiency of development investment capital used in the School’s programs and projects in accordance with legal regulations.
Participate in the appraisal and supervision of bidding for the School’s construction projects and equipment procurement.
