The Admissions and Communications Center is responsible for advising and assisting the Rector in managing admissions for all educational levels, programs, and types of training; managing communications; executing activities to support the School’s admissions efforts; and organizing competitions/contests.
Lead the determination of enrollment quotas; develop plans, propose admission strategies, and outline measures to achieve annual enrollment targets.
Take the lead in formulating plans and strategies for preparing physical facilities and personnel to serve admissions work, commensurate with the overall situation each year. Fully prepare procedures and documentation for admissions work in strict compliance with current regulations and rules of the Ministry of Education and Training; ensure the safe and scientific storage of admission dossiers.
Conduct surveys and gather feedback on admissions activities, including: admission policies, development, review, and adjustment of admission criteria and methods.
Lead the annual development of the admissions scheme/proposal.
Chair and coordinate support activities for the School’s admissions efforts at high schools.
Lead the organization of the School’s general communication events.
Take the lead in developing promotional programs regarding the School’s policies aimed at attracting learners in various localities.
Chair the development and promotion of the School’s image through activities such as Stem festivals, documentary filmmaking, clips, videos, etc., via media channels and social networks (Facebook, fanpages, Zalo, etc.).
Lead the direct admissions outreach/propaganda at high schools and junior high schools.
Act as the focal point for organizing internal and external communication activities.
Lead the implementation of activities to build the School’s corporate identity (brand identity).
Serve as the primary contact point for the School’s admissions consulting.
Develop a plan and implement the establishment, maintenance, and development of public relations to promote the School’s activities, results, and achievements; develop and manage the School’s values and culture.
Manage and archive documentation and prepare reports on the School’s communications and public relations activities.
Be responsible for the content and design of banners, slogans, billboards, signs, etc., before they are permitted to be displayed on the School premises.
