How is studying Restaurant Management at BKC?

PHASE 1

– Students complete the enrollment procedures (Enrollment documents; Tuition fees; Uniforms; Students are assigned a student ID; Student card).

– Participate in Orientation Day (Students meet department heads to get familiar with the college environment; Students are guided on how to log in to the student portal; Instructions on checking class schedules, exam schedules, class shifts, and classrooms).

– Students study general education subjects.

– Students receive focused training in soft skills (Communication skills; Presentation skills; Negotiation skills; Teamwork skills; Creative thinking skills; Questioning skills…).

– Physical training and national defense in a professional environment for one month.

– Field visits to business models.

– Career orientation and guidance.

PHASE 2

– Students are equipped with foundational knowledge of the field.

– Students are equipped with specialized knowledge in their major.

– Students receive English training, including both conversational English and English for their major.

– Students participate in field visits to real business models.

– Students are trained in specialized knowledge across more than 20 fields of study at Saigon Polytechnic College.

– Classes are organized primarily by major, specialization, and field group.

– Students receive English training, including conversational English, specialized English, and a B1-level proficiency according to the European framework.

– Students are trained in office informatics and computer skills with a standardized graduation requirement.
